"Shipping was super confusing and took forever"
I ordered from barkevs.com and the shipping was really frustrating. The website made it seem like delivery would be a lot quicker, but then the tracking barely updated and the package showed up much later than expected. I kept checking for updates myself because I couldn’t get a clear answer, which made the whole thing even more confusing. Disappointing experience, and I don’t think I’d order again.

"Never heard back"
I tried reaching out to support a few times and didn’t get any response at all. Frustrating when you’re just looking for a simple answer, haha. I probably wouldn’t use them again.

"I thought I’d be getting something a..."
I thought I’d be getting something a bit more impressive for what I paid, it ended up feeling basic. Maybe it works better for other people, but my experience just didn’t feel like good value.
I probably wouldn’t use barkevs.com again unless the pricing comes down or the service gets a lot better. It wasn’t terrible, I just felt like I paid more than it was worth.

I bought this from Barkev’s i was a little unsure about the quality after using it for a while. It looked really nice at first, so I had high hopes, but after some time, it started showing issues that made me question how well it was actually made.
For what I paid, I expected it to last a lot longer, especially since I wasn’t rough with it. Frustrating overall, and I don’t think I’d feel confident buying from them again.

"Battery just doesn’t last long enough"
I’m sure a lot of other customers would feel the same way, but the battery drains way too fast. It’s also slow, so overall it’s been frustrating to use...
